What are the system requirements for ComplianceWise?
The ComplianceWise web application supports all modern web browsers. We currently test the application with the following browsers:
Mozilla Firefox
Google Chrome
Apple Safari
Microsoft Edge
Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 (does not support the Inspection Editor)
Although our web application will load on many mobile phones, tablets and netbooks, some parts of our application are not optimized for the smaller screens and lower bandwidth of these devices.
Is there a way to get my data if we decide to stop using your system?
All stormwater data can be exported to compressed ZIP files by project at your request at anytime.
What kind of measures do you take to ensure that my data is secure?
ComplianceWise uses bank level 256-bit encryption to transmit information between our servers and your computer. Our servers our physically located in a secure data center where access is restricted with biometric scanners, security access cards and locked server cabinets to data center staff and ComplianceWise employees only. Our servers are also protected from Internet intrusions by two layers of firewalls.
How do you back up my data?
Our servers replicate application data in real-time to prevent data loss due to hardware failures. Snapshots of the data are made every 15 minutes and retained for 90 days.
What kind of equipment do I need to operate the program?
Any Windows based PC, Apple iPad or Android tablet with a web browser will work. We recommend the Google Chrome web browser for best performance.
Are there any up-front equipment or set-up costs?
Each project has a set-up cost but there is no upfront equipment cost if you already have a compatible device.
